Google Misspell Their Own Name on Their Home Page
It appears that Google can't spell their own name. Check out this screen grab showing their latest logo for Valentine's Day. Yep, it spells "GOOGE". Oops!
[Added: a reader has informed me that the stem of the strawberry is meant to represent the missing "l". But it's pretty ambiguous if you ask me].

I think the artist intended the stem of the strawberry to be the 'l' in Google :) But, it does look odd without the 'l'
I think that is a far fetch.. They could have worked on it a bit harder... there are about 6 or 7 post s on digg about this already, including yours. ;)

I think they believe since its valentine so "L" ~ Love is in the air....so they dont need to put L ......maybe...
Wrong! The L is the stem.
The spacing of the letters seems to indicate a missing "L," but I suppose it's possible that the stem was meant to be the L. I like the subtle chocolate on the yellow O.
haha didn't even notice that the first time I saw it. Good eyes.
