Q and A: Can I sue Google?
Dear Kalena...
Google disabled my AdSense account I still claim that it was for the wrong reasons and without legitimate proofs. Is there a chance that I could be able to prove to Google that I am right and completely innocent and get AdSense back or I will never get it? Under the circumstances I even think that I am even able to file a lawsuit against Google and even win. I am seriously thinking about that possibility...What do You think?

I think you should get over yourself. It's obvious you did something sneaky to cause your AdSense account to be disabled. I don't believe Google would go around cancelling accounts willy nilly, especially not accounts that make them money.
As for suing Google, I'm no lawyer, but I think you're kidding yourself. Others have tried and failed. Either pitch your case for account reinstatement to Google directly or get on with your life!
