The Motherlode of Regional Search Engines and Directories

Thanks go to Phil B today who left a comment on my search engine Q and A yesterday providing his site as another source of regional search engines and directories. Looks like we've found the motherlode of engines on Phil's site, with over 2,600 listed from 216 countries. Someone also suggested UltimateSurf as a source for European engines. Thanks for the links!
