Class Action Lawsuit Building Against Google?

It seems there is a class action lawsuit building against Google, led by a disgruntled AdWords advertiser.

Larry Wingo of California claims that AdWord ads he developed for multi-million dollar financial services clients were shown on adult sites without his knowledge or permission. The ads were apparently shown on these sites via the Google AdSense program, which enables webmasters to display Google AdWords ads on their sites in exchange for payment for each click the ads receive.

Mr Wingo says that the sites encouraged visitors to click on his client's links by misleading them into thinking they offered particular loan products when they did not. He also claims that Google staff are reluctant to crack down on sites that breach the AdSense rules in this way, because they are making money from the activity.

Mr Wingo has sent multiple emails to me outlining his complaints in detail and encouraging others to join him in a class action lawsuit against Google. I have asked Mr Wingo for permission to post specific content from his email on this blog. Stay tuned!

Well, now I understand why Google is being strict. You may to know that Google disabled my AdSense account because they claim that I was clicking illegally. They framed and disabled an innocent person not even caring in giving me a chance to prove them that they were taking a wrong decision. They later claimed that they shut down adsense because of what I posted after the event. Which is still some B*&$S*^&^^^. I am aware that Google is doing a good thing in protecting adsense, but they also getting innocent people.

Anyone have information regarding getting in on this lawsuit?

Google screwed me out of $100 the day after my initial payment was to be issued.
